You can either choose to rent your inflatable bounce house and other items yourself with our easy online ordering process, or you can choose to call, email, or live chat with one of our team members and they will take you through the ordering process.
After you rent a bounce house, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to review and confirm the order. Then, on the day of the event, your delivery driver or team will call you to verify the window in which they plan to arrive. Once we arrive, we will:
1. Set up the equipment in the safest location possible.
2. Collect remainder of payment, if anything is due.
3. Show you how to operate the equipment safely (event attendants are also available for an additional charge if you would like us to stay and operate the equipment).
4. Answer any questions you may have and verify pickup time.

Yes, all deliveries within 20 miles of Castle Rock are free. There is a setup/delivery fee more than 20 miles from Castle Rock.
Yes. We deliver within 20 miles of Castle Rock for no charge. Outside of that area, please contact us for delivery fees.
The price is for one day - morning to night. For scheduling purposes, we like to drop off the morning of the rental and pick up the next morning. If you need a specific shorter time. Please let us know!
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. Bigger units will require two outlets on SEPARATE circuits.
Yes all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year. Less than 48 hours prior to the event, the deposit is nonrefundable.
